There are two Getty Museums. My choice is the Getty Villa in Malibu. A replica of an ancient Roman villa. This still life study was from the main entrance hall of the villa museum. This is a transparent watercolor on paper painting. No tricks allowed when executing a watercolor of this complexity. Just hard work.
