When I was a full time illustrator most of my assignments were drawings of people. I held twice weekly life drawing classes at my art studio it order to keep my drawing and anatomy chops sharp. Tuesdays were female models and Thursdays were males. Actually our most favorite models were the chunkier body types. It gave the artists more form to work on.
This study is a torso and is kind of cheating because the hands and feet are the toughest body parts to draw. Just ask any artist!
