In 2005, Memoirs of a Geisha was a big deal in Japan. I was exhibiting my art in Tokyo at the time the movie was a big hit. I did this portrait of Ziyi Zhang who played the role of Sayuri, for a Japanese art collector.
David Lloyd Glover has a 25-year international reputation exhibiting in major galleries in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Japan. At the age of 18 he was a full-time newspaper and magazine illustrator.
