Thanks everyone for their supportive comments. I actually thought this was a very simple painting to do. Not too detailed with brushwork. The details are really illusionary. The main thing was to capture that bright blue light to make The Bells look sparkling clean. This is probably the 3 or 4th time I have painted the view from this vantage point. I am sure hundreds of other great painters have taken this scene on as well.
