Do not order puzzles from this site. Ordered on 12/5/2021 supposed to be shipped by the 9th. At first got no response from customer service. When they finally reached out I was assured that I would get them by Xmas. When I sent some more messages…they told me it would be overnighted so Would get them by Xmas eve. It is 6:00 pm on the 23rd and my order page said order is still processing. I am so disappointed. I noticed in the reviews for that someone posted “is this a scam?” Multiple times….the answer is yes!!

Sorry you had problems with Pixels. I am guessing they were overwhelmed with orders this year. So many people ordered puzzles of my images this it was incredible.
